Job description

This is a part-time job offer for a Contact Research Specialist. As a part of our team, your role will be focusing on organising customer databases both of current accounts and new ones. Your primary task will be to expand the existing customer base by researching information about potential customers from various sources via internet research based on target segment description in the healthcare industry, and assuring the collected data is in the highest possible quality.   

Responsibilities:

• Research and collect contact information of potential customers.
• Ensure the accuracy and validity of the data collected.
• Organize the contact information into a structured, easy-to-use format (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Adhere to data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine data collection criteria and goals.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Familiarity with tools and resources for gathering contact information, such as directories, databases, or professional networking platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in Polish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in research and data collection is a plus.
