Job description

As part of our team, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers from the German-speaking markets. Your core task will be to engage leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and schedule meetings with Business Development Manager. 

This is a flexible, hourly-based role ideal for someone with strong communication skills in German and interested in supporting a fast-growing digital health company.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with prospective customers in German via email, LinkedIn, and/or phone.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads based on criteria provided by the sales team.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Document all communication clearly and reliably in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategy.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (C1), being native speaker is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and confidence in business communication.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in customer communication or sales support is a plus.
