Cardiomatics is an artificial intelligence (AI), cloud-based medical grade software (CE/MDR) for analysing ambulatory ECG tests. The system uses clinically validated AI algorithms to provide accurate and high-quality results. Thanks to the automation and state-of-the-art user experience, including an interactive panel, specialists in hospitals, as well as ambulatory care and primary care facilities, can reduce their time spent on analysis up 80% and patient waiting time for diagnosis by 36%.

We're looking for a Sales Manager to grow Cardiomatics across Europe. You'll own new business end to end mainly across the German-speaking region (DACH), France and Poland, then hand new customers to our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is a genuine closer: consultative, well-organized, resilient, and disciplined about following through and keeping a clean pipeline.

You'll need 3+ years in B2B SaaS or medtech sales with a real closing track record, fluent German (C1+ — able to sell, handle objections and pricing, not just chat), fluent Polish and working English. French, a healthcare background, or experience with hospital procurement are all a plus.

This is a full-time role, mostly remote. We'll expect you at our Kraków office for a few days once a month.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for the European Clinics & Hospitals territory – primary focus on DACH, France and Poland, plus opportunistic inbound from other European markets (e.g. Italy, Spain): prospecting, qualification, product trials, quoting, negotiation, and closing of new-business deals.
  • Run product trials with cardiologists and clinics and convert successful analyses into signed contracts.
  • Manage and progress the pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined stage management, accurate close dates, and a logged reason for every closed-lost deal.
  • Hand off won accounts cleanly to Customer Success for onboarding and expansion.
  • Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Represent Cardiomatics in German- and (ideally) French-language sales conversations with clinicians and hospital procurement, and handle other European inbound in English.

Required skills & qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS or medtech sales with a proven full-cycle closing record and comfort managing high deal volume (40–80+ live opportunities).
  • German at C1 level or above, verified in a sales context (objection handling, pricing discussions) – not only conversational fluency (DACH is the largest focus market).
  • Fluent Polish (team and internal working language, and a core focus market).
  • Working proficiency in English (internal use and opportunistic inbound from other European markets).
  • Strong qualification and closing discipline; comfortable disqualifying poor-fit leads early.
  • CRM rigor (HubSpot or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and consistent loss-reason logging.
  • Comfortable with a high-velocity sales motion and shorter cycles (~75 days average).
